Hundreds of Miami students flocked to MIllet Hall Tuesday for the Spring Internship and Career Expo.
Though business was the most popular specific desired major, many employers were listed as looking for more than just accountants at Spring ICE.
"We get a pretty good range. The Children's Hospital is looking for the Arts and Science type majors and a lot of them really are looking at all majors," said Carol Fink of Career Services.
Fink also said that 108 companies registerd, though because of snow related travel complications only 86 came.
Though more than 30 companies could not come, Career Services would be accepting resumes on their behalf.
With today's economy, some students weren't necessarily expecting to get a job or even an interview out of Spring ICE.
"Practice talking to peope, being professional, and you know, maybe potentially a couple of interviews would be nice," said senior Sarah Masters about her expectations of Spring ICE.
